RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not do exchanges or refunds UNLESS the item is not as described. Please be sure to read the descriptions carefully to note of any flaws in the item.

SHIPPING

All orders ship via Canada Post and to Canada and the U.S take approximately 6-10 business days to arrive. HOWEVER, items can be stopped at customs for up to two weeks. For orders shipping internationally please allow 4-6 weeks for regular delivery or message or purchase a tracked package. Briar Mae is not responsible for ANY lost items if the item is NOT tracked.


ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International customers are responsible for their country's respective customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees. Briar Mae is not responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes. If a package is returned due to the refusal to pay custom charges, you will be given the option repay the original shipping charge and have the package resent. Otherwise, you will forfeit your order and not be refunded. If you have any concerns, please make all inquiries before placing your order. Thank you.
